Perfect location near Rialto Bridge. Friendly and helpful staff. Included breakfast with croissant and coffee/tea or juice. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Convenient luggage storage after check-out. Cozy and quiet room. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Great value for the price

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with everything close by. It's not far from the train station and there are plenty of nice places to eat in the vicinity. Plus, it's conveniently located near the Rialto bridge, a popular tourist spot. The bus stop is also just a short walk away. the hotel's location is one of its main advantages.
There were times when the reception was unmanned, making it difficult to ask questions or address any concerns. This lack of availability and responsiveness can be frustrating for guests.

I recently had a delightful stay at a charming hotel located in an historic area on the less busy side of a famous bridge. The location was ideal, as it was nestled in a residential area, providing a quiet ambiance, although there was a bit of noise coming from the nearby bars. The hotel's prices were reasonable, offering great value for money. Additionally, the Italian restaurants in the vicinity were a treat for my taste buds, serving delicious local cuisine.
Although I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there was one minor aspect that could be improved to make it even better.
